During the above maintenance window, work will be conducted on the power infrastructure within our Interxion point of presence. This work will be disruptive, so affected colocation customers will be contacted directly and advised of their individual expected downtime.

During the above windows we will be moving all connections on telehouse-east2.core.enta.net to a new router, individual connections will be moved 1 at a time and will take up to 10 minutes each. Once the work has been completed the new router will be named telehouse-east2.core.enta.net.

This work should only affect customers that are directly connected to this equipment. Users of our standard non-L2TP DSL service should not notice the impact of this change. Any L2TP customers that have an interconnect into this router will either route via their alternative interconnect where available, or will lose service as described above.

Planned Maintenance: Blade Upgrades

We will be replacing blades in the following routers:-

interxion.core.enta.net
telehouse-east.core.enta.net
telehouse-east2.core.enta.net
telehouse-north0.core.enta.net

There will be several short (up to approximately 20 minute) outages during this time affecting all customers directly connected to the above routers.

Some routing instability is also expected as traffic is routed over alternative paths.

Planned Maintenance: PWAN Infrastructure

During this maintenance window, additional PWAN infrastructure is being added into our Global Switch POP in London. We are also taking the opportunity to upgrade the IOS on core PWAN routers. There may be several short (up to approximately 15 minutes) outages during this time affecting all PWAN customers.

It should be noted that this maintenance will only affect PWAN customers.
