Work will be taking place on BT Wholesale’s 21CN Broadband Network which will be carried out from 02:00hrs till 06:00hrs on the following dates:

Tuesday 22/03/2011
Wednesday 23/03/11
Thursday 24/03/11
Friday 25/03/11

During these times software upgrades to 21C MSANs (Network Elements) will be carried out remotely. BT advise that customers will experience a downtime of around 5 minutes. However we would ask customers to wait for the maintenance window to close and reboot their routers before contacting the support desk should connectivity issues persist. A list of affected exchanges is available if required.
