£15.00  -  Repeat job with supplied replacement mailing list (no fee for hosted mailing lists)

£30.00  -  per hour for Artwork / HTML modifications

£5.00  -  Tracking account activated per campaign (Optional)

£15.00 – Subscribe & Unsubscribe Page setup (Optional)
